Hello, my name is Maya Dajon. I’m an intervention-based Relationship Practitioner specializing in relational wellness. I help corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, and high-achieving individuals create healthier, more fulfilling relationships through structured, non-clinical relationship counseling.
While talking through experiences is certainly part of the process, my approach goes beyond traditional talk-based sessions. My approach is rooted in attachment-based relationship healing. I incorporate Somatic Breathwork, EFT tapping, Emotionally Focused interventions, and practical relationship tools to help clients process emotions not only cognitively, but also through the body.
This approach can be especially helpful when navigating relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, attachment wounds, trauma, communication difficulties, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we explore the patterns that shape relationships, strengthen communication skills, navigate conflict more effectively, and build deeper emotional connections.
Because meaningful change happens both inside and outside of sessions, support includes personalized weekly recaps, guided homework, reflective journaling prompts, and grounding exercises designed to help you apply what you’re learning in your everyday life. My goal is to help you create lasting change, develop more secure relationships, and cultivate the kind of connection you truly desire.
