I’m Maya Dajón, an Award-Winning Relationship Coach passionate about helping YOU nurture authentic and lasting connections.
I’ve been where you are—feeling uncertain about my next step, doubting my worth, and dealing with imposter syndrome. As the daughter of an immigrant, I witnessed my family struggle to adapt to a new culture and overcome obstacles. I’ve also faced challenges transitioning to a new environment. After living in my car for a year while attending community college, I had to start over and rebuild my life. That experience taught me the true power of resilience, ultimately earning a full scholarship to UCLA and paving the way for me to become a therapist. Through it all, I learned that the most meaningful shifts don’t come solely from external success, but from building healthy connections and establishing boundaries that foster value and respect—first with myself and then with others.
That’s why I now specialize in helping people like YOU navigate life transitions and develop the self-love, confidence, and healthy relationships needed to build the life you want.
